As our organization is growing, we are looking for candidates to join next  academic year 2010/2011 who are Indonesian Citizen, creative and innovative, dynamic, enthusiastic, Adaptive person, open minded, team work inclined, fluent in English, having a passion working with teenagers for the following position:

Lecturer of Quality Control

Special Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree majoring Industrial/Garment and Textile Engineering from reputable university;
• Understanding various Quality Management System;
• Familiar with some quality tool such as: production control process based on prevention method, problem solving, Quality Control Classification (QCC), etc.;
• Good knowledge and understanding of business process in textile/garment/leather goods industries;
• 3 years minimum working experience in Retail/Garment Manufacture Company .

General Requirements:  

• Male or Female; 
• Having experiences in school setting and familiar in various programs/methods and approaches;
• 3 years minimum teaching experience in the same field;
• Having excellent public communication skills;
• Good command of English both oral and written;
• Pleasant personality;
• Strong leadership skills.
